Topic and theme tags come from the check-lane manifest (1,899 checked assets). The registry's own topic/framework columns are still empty, so un-checked assets show as “Not yet categorised” until the classification pass reaches them. An asset can carry several topics or themes, so topic/theme group counts add up to more than the asset total.

All new video enters through the library inbox with the ingest gate: an ID, title, date, program, format, master location, rights/access and a checksum (when a file is held) — at ingest, not later. Status lives in registry fields, never in filenames. One talk = one asset = one registry record, however many copies exist.
Format (what the asset is, by content never by length): Talk, Training, Teaching, Meditation, Prayer / Quantum Healing, Q&A Round. Topics — Layer 1, Derek’s IP titles (these organise the library): The Law of Emergence; Awakened Wealth / wealth & abundance; Purpose / Life Code; Thought leadership; Spirituality / spiritual growth; Healing / shadows / values; Productivity; A Whole New Human / AI / human evolution; Relationships / Lovelution. Unknown rights means restricted by default. Team meetings and private client videos are not library assets. Program teaching is. Restrictions travel with every derivative, and any outward release passes Derek’s per-asset gate. This manual is team-facing: it lists asset metadata and teaching content only — no household, personal finance or Derek-private material, no private coaching recordings, no identifiable student material. Assets whose rights are unresolved are listed as metadata only and must not be used for outward release until cleared.
